Note 3: A one-page abstract written in English has to be submitted before the deadline for abstracts Until 1 December, 2025. Please use ADAP2025 Abstract Submission Template for preparing your abstract and do not use dot in the name of the file.
Note 4: Each applicant can submit at most 2 oral presentations or 2 online presentations or 1 oral presentation and 1 online presentation. Authors should be aware of that abstracts will not be included in the final program unless registration documents and payment in full have been received for at least one of the authors. Authors must pay the registration fee of the country in which they will make their presentations.
Note 5: The length of presentation will be restricted 10+5 minutes for an oral presentation, 20+5 minutes for an invited oral presentation.
Note 6: Congress Language: The official language of the congress is English.
Note 7: Abstract submissions should be prepared maximum 300 words.
